Lauren has been working as a massage therapist since graduating from CT Center of Massage in 2006. She is a CT licensed Massage Therapist with National certification in massage and bodywork. In addition , she is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Diverse in her massage approach, Lauren enjoys focusing on therapeutic deep tissue work, Myofascial relaease, reflexology and Swedish Massage to help clients reduce stress, recover from injuries and rejuvenate.
Lauren is also certified to teach infant massage to parents and caregivers. She has a special interest in animal massage/physical therapy. She enjoys combining her love of massage with her love of children and animals. When not working , she can be found hiking with her dog Lincoln.
